This project sees the renovation, refurbishment and extension to a Grade II listed property to provide new commercial office space for The Bedford Estates.

The rear extension was designed to be sensitive to the existing material palette and scale, providing valuable additional space to the office building and improving the quality and access to the external amenity spaces.
