The project involved the careful conversion of a grand Grade II Listed terrace in Kensington into five refined residential apartments. Working within the constraints of the historic building, the design respects and restores the original architectural character while introducing a considered contemporary interior language.
A restrained palette of warm timber joinery, natural stone and neutral tones runs throughout, allowing the generosity of the existing spaces — with their tall sash windows, ornate staircases and period detailing — to remain the defining feature of each home.
