This project involved an ambitious extension to a historic Walter Segal property in Highgate, London.
In the spirit of Segal and the self-build ethos, the project utilises a prefabricated CLT (cross laminated timber) structure. The form takes queues from the sloped nature of the site, stepping down and opening up to the garden.
